What it is

Leadership can feel like a lonely mountain, even when you're surrounded by people.

FORTIV Groups give high-performing men a place to drop the mask, speak the truth, and grow in brotherhood and boldness for what matters most.

Each group is a curated board of CEOs and executive leaders from non-competing industries. Think of it as your most trusted inner circle: men you can bring your most critical business and personal issues to, who've been in the fire and will tell you what they see.

It blends executive peer advisory, spiritual formation, and breakthrough coaching, all grounded in true identity rather than pressure. This isn't a Bible study. It's a forge.

Most leaders are surrounded by people who admire them, but few who truly see them and tell them the truth.

How it works

Groups meet half a day, once a month, on a calendar set a year in advance so you can protect the time. Every session is structured and facilitated so your time turns into clear, usable input.

  1. Check-in. Where are you winning, and what's your biggest challenge right now in faith, family, and business?
  2. Deep dive. One member brings his most pressing issue for live input, challenge, and real perspective. This is where the breakthroughs happen.
  3. Guest speakers. Experts and thought leaders on the topics that sharpen your leadership, strategy, and decisions.
  4. The interior game. Dedicated time on the limiting beliefs, blind spots, and patterns that quietly drive your results and that no spreadsheet will surface.
  5. 1-1 coaching between meetings. Time with Seth to process what comes up in the group and keep moving toward what matters most.

Who it's for

  • CEOs, founders, managing partners, and executive leaders, typically leading organizations of $5M+ in annual revenue
  • Men who are performance-driven and ready to grow as men, not only in business
  • Leaders committed to lifelong growth who will show up fully for the other men in the room
  • Anyone tired of leading alone

What you'll walk away with

  • A trusted inner circle that knows you, not just your revenue numbers
  • Unbiased counsel on your hardest decisions, with no competitors in the room
  • Freedom from the pressure of isolation
  • Fear-based narratives named and replaced with truth
  • Results in faith, family, and business you didn't think were possible
Questions

What is a FORTIV peer advisory board?

A curated group of 8–12 CEOs and executive leaders from non-competing industries who meet one half day every month in a high-trust, confidential setting. Every member is vetted and earns his seat, and because no two members compete, you get the widest perspective without the politics.

How is FORTIV different from Vistage, EO, or YPO?

Most peer groups focus on business issues, strategy, and networking. FORTIV does all of that, then goes a layer deeper into identity, mindset, and the internal patterns that shape every decision a leader makes. Your business will only grow as far as you do as a man.

The brotherhood in a FORTIV Group isn't transactional. These men will know you, and that changes how you lead.

How do I apply?

Start with a 45-minute exploratory call to get clear on where you are, what you're building, and whether a FORTIV Group is the right move this season. If it's a fit, we'll schedule an in-person meeting.

Can I bring my own group of men?

Yes. If you already have men you'd like to bring together, reach out and we'll talk about building a custom group around your vision.

In their words

What clients say after a session with Seth

Seth, you turned what typically is shame into a discussion of growth and exploration of my thought processes. In the end there was a sense of growth and, more importantly, a path laid out before me.

I left feeling very clear about what needs to shift in my mentality to start getting different results, and making keeping commitments a natural part of my operation.

Blake C.

The hard part is addressing things and doing something about it. When I do something about it, it removes the weight of doing nothing and still having it hang over my head.
